Included with every ticket

Camping & Campervans – Included with Your Ticket. Bring a tent or campervan and stay in the main festival camping field, with dedicated sections for tents and vehicles, all close to the action. Camping is on grass only, with no hardstanding or electric hook-ups, and caravans are not permitted. Each person needs their own festival ticket, but only one pitch is required per tent or vehicle. Luxury loos, showers, phone charging and food and drink are available nearby throughout the weekend.

V.I.P Bell Tent

Drift off in your own private bell tent, styled as a peaceful sanctuary for rest and reset, grouped together in a dedicated area within the main camping field. With a comfortable double bed, warm lighting and cosy textures, our bell tents offer a grounding space to retreat to between sessions, while keeping you right in the heart of the festival. Just steps away you’ll find phone charging, refreshments, breakfast and coffee, along with luxury loos and showers, so you can enjoy the weekend in comfort without missing a moment of the magic.

Hoglet House

Our Hoglet Houses are located on The Hideaway where the full Baxby Awakening festival takes place — but unlike the main camping field, the Hoglets sit in their own private streamside “Hoggleton” area. This means you’re right next to the heart of the event, yet tucked away in a peaceful corner of the site with space, privacy and calm when you want to unwind.

Kabina Classic

Our Kabina Classic is the most luxurious cabin available for Baxby Awakening (aside from the treehouse). Rufus’ Roost is the pinnacle of Baxby Awakening accommodation — a completely one-of-a-kind luxury treehouse set high in the woods overlooking the festival on the Baxby Manor estate. This is the most exclusive, private and atmospheric place you can stay during the festival.
